Behind the Music

I am a solo music artist currently living in Bunbury, Western Australia. My love for music started around 12 when I got an acoustic guitar under one condition from my parents - I had to get lessons. A few lessons later and then just self taught, a love affair with music grew as well as my musical instruments. Thinking I would only ever play at home, by chance in 2005 at the age of 25 some friends convinced me to join their band as a bass player. A year of jamming making sure the band was tight, we started to gig as a cover band called "Intake" and a few years after that I was in another cover band called "Audacity". Many fellow musicians only know me as a bass player but I am playing every instrument you hear on my songs except for the drums.

These days, with a growing family and recording software getting better all the time - I now write, play and produce all my own music.
